Alright this may be the source of your problem. You will need to either reattach the line, or if it is damaged, replace it. Sometimes you can rip off one of your carburetor overflow lines and use that as an emergency vacuum line. If that is not available to you, just run the bike on PRI until you can get home and replace the line.
